MC Driver

About the role 

• Team Global Express is currently seeking an MC Driver to commence immediately at Karawatha on Brisbane’s South Side
• This is a Full Time Permanent role
• Overtime will be offered in this role on a need by need basis
• Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames
• You must hold a current MC License and be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles
• Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
• Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required
• Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy
• Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks
• Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position

What you’ll bring

• You will hold a Valid MC License
• You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously
• You must have excellent punctuality and the ability to complete deliveries in a timely manner
• You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
• You must have a high attention towards Safety
