Channel Partner Sales Enablement Developer Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Sales Enablement Developer to join our dynamic team at Delinea, a leading cybersecurity technology vendor. In this individual contributor role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering our channel partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully sell our solutions. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Sales Enablement to develop and deliver high-impact enablement materials that drive partner engagement and sales performance. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop Enablement Materials: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive sales enablement content tailored to channel partners, including training modules, playbooks, sales scripts, presentations, and other resources. 

  • Deliver Training Programs: Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for channel partners, both virtually and in-person, to ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell our cybersecurity solutions. 

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Channel, and Sales to ensure enablement materials are aligned with product updates, channel marketing strategies, and sales goals. 

  • Assess Partner Needs: Regularly interact with channel partners to identify their specific needs and challenges, adapting and enhancing enablement programs to address those needs. 

  • Measure Effectiveness: Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to ensure our enablement materials are relevant and up-to-date. 

  • Support Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are quickly brought up to speed. 

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales training, or a related role within the cybersecurity technology sector. 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Content Development Skills: Proven ability to develop high-quality enablement materials and training programs that drive partner performance. 

  • Training Delivery: Strong presentation and training delivery skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse partner audiences effectively. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and convey them clearly. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve enablement strategies. 

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other related technologies. 

  • Self-Motivated: Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
