Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sr. Analyst, Information Security to join our Technology Governance department. In this role, you will lead and execute on a growing slate of activities related to technology governance, including overseeing policies, standards, their associated processes and controls and other Technology Governance monitoring activities.  The Senior Analyst functions as a project manager/subject matter expert, overseeing the completion of assigned tasks encompassing all aspects of Technology governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Technology Process, Risk, and Controls (PRC) program and drive Technology process and controls compliance in regarding to policies and standards

  • Assist in executing the Technology Policy Mgmt. program operations and drive the lifecycle of Policies and Standards across Technology.

  • Assist in executing Technology Policy and Standards annual reviews in partnership with document owners and stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing Technology Policy Mgmt. program continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Build upon and improve the existing Technology Process Risk and Controls program and framework.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of a Controls Assurance and Monitoring program supporting the Technology PRC program

  • Manage and lead the Process Risk and Control engagements for all Technology domains

  • Partner with internal/external stakeholders to successfully complete Technology PRC engagements

  • Partner with 2nd line of defense on Technology PRC program alignment

  • Lead and manage Agile projects related to the Technology PRC program

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to support internal/external audit requests related to the PRC program

  • Assist in developing PRC program continuous improvement roadmaps

  • Assist in developing and driving Process Risk and Control program awareness and training campaigns

Requirements:

  • 4+ years or more of experience in technology processes and controls management or audit related role, including experience writing standards and policies.

  • 4+ years of experience with knowledge of technology controls assurance

  • 2+ experience with technology frameworks including (NIST, COBIT)

  • 2+ years of experience with technology governance

  • 2+ years of experience leading technology projects

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience

  • CRISC, CISA, CISM, PMP or CISSP certification, a plus

  • Financial services industry experience preferred

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools


 

Pay Range:

$90,240-$135,360/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
