Our Newest Opportunity:
The Account Manager is responsible for providing daily support to the Strategic Account Executives in the overall management of client service functions as well as maintaining smaller, lower maintenance accounts (typically under 500 lives).
• Support implementation process
• Collaborate with co-workers and vendor contacts to assist with resolving client concerns or questions
• Attend and coordinate onsite or webinar meetings with client, broker or PBM for
prescreening, finalist meetings, market results, quarterly reviews, implementation meetings or ad-hoc
• Validate testing results of PBM benefit configuration to ensure accuracy
• Review claims post go live for new implementations or benefit changes
• Provide assistance with maintaining internal documentation and systems for clients including quicksheets, meeting minutes, action logs, CRM and continuous organization of information contained within client folders
• Ad-hoc assistance for various internal projects and process improvements
• Support RFP prescreening process to onboard new clients, coordinate RFP
results meeting(s) and finalist meetings
• Manage multiple lower maintenance accounts with life counts under 500 members to gain experience
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $55,000 to $65,000per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
