Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in a remote position.

As a Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator, you will provide project-related support, assist with designing, loading, and validating Lab databases using Clinical Trials Management System(s), ensuring work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practice.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Assisting with study validation activities.
• Researching problems, gathering information, and liaising with lab colleagues.
• Configuring project database, where applicable.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation files.
• Keeping Setup Managers, Project Managers informed of any issues.
• Coordinating meetings with relevant colleagues and internal departments.
• Participating in local and global improvement projects.
• Participating in internal audits, as required.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proven track record of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
