As a Representative, Patient Solutions, every day you will provide support to our customers who are calling with questions about healthcare related mattersFor example, 

  • Benefits coverage 

  • Billing and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) 

  • Payments and payment plans 

  • Scheduling 

 

We are looking for team players who enjoy seeing their day go by quickly and take pride in surpassing their metrics as they respond to client’s issues. Someone who aims for a one-call resolution!  

 

Here’s what you’ll experience working as a Representative, Patient Solutions 

  • Working with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech. 

  • Working in a fast-paced call center to provide callers with resolutionyour day will go by quickly! 

  • Exercising flexibility and problem-solving skills as you work in an environment with frequent changes. 

 

Required Skills 

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • 1-year previous work experience as patient services/customer service representative 

  • Understanding of basis insurance follow-up concepts (i.e. billing, collections, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial practices 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.28 - $17.73 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
