Job Summary:

Recruiters are the primary contact that thousands of clinicians have with HWL every year and are responsible for aggressively sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and selling available healthcare jobs nationwide to the best qualified candidates. Provide follow through and maintain on-going contact with candidates through entire recruitment process to develop a pipeline for future placements. Maintain professional relations with clinicians, clients, and team. Keep managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities. Make independent judgments and choices consistent with company policies and goals. 

The IRP Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top local talent to help fill clients IRP model.  The IRP Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates on various media sites, conducting initial phone screenings, and providing support to the IRP Operations Team. They will also be responsible for reporting findings, building pipelines, and reviewing resumes.  In addition, they will need to keep an updated list of current openings as well as create/maintain external job postings.

Job Description:

  • Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment goals as well as weekly key metrics.

  • Proactively sources applicants and qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment pipeline by following up on leads and moving them through the recruitment cycle.

  • Match candidates to client requirements for defined positions.

  • Work with client credentialing department to get clinicians fully onboarded to start assignments.

  • Cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates, building a strong pipeline in the local market.

  • Establish and maintain on-going client relationships through the IRP Operations team and various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.

  • Coordinates activities effectively with managers.

  • Keeps management well informed of area activities and of any significant problems.

  • Ensures effective communication among all managers and involved parties.

  • Attends meetings as required (both virtually and/or face-to-face as instructed). Examples include: mandatory internal meetings for HWL IRP, in-person meetings with clients, conferences, events, seminars, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Three (3) years of healthcare recruitment experience required.

  • Strong understanding of recruiting and staffing processes and strategies.

  • Knowledge of computer and Internet applications related to recruiting systems, CRM, and data management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates including advanced skills in market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction and candidate management.

  • Goal-driven high performer.

  • Good customer service and public relations. 

  • Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry.

  • Excellent phone and text messaging skills.

  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

  • Track record of success achieving established goals and production targets.

We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, VA, TX, VT, WI, WV that will allow them to travel easily to client sites and company meetings. Must be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
