Job Description Summary:
Integrated within the AMC Cobol Division, you support the team's commercial efforts. You participate in the maintenance and commercial development of your activity in a category of our customers. We will have to reconnect, listen to them, support them in their evolution by being proactive, offer them technological developments and different identified sales plays.Your main missions are organized around the following points:
• You help the team accelerate the sales process by being connected to our digital tools Your 2.0 spirit boosts our productivity.
• Following the phase of integration, learning and understanding of commercial issues, you are present throughout the sales process in a dedicated territory and you produce your monthly forecasts.
• You plan and execute quarterly and annual action plans to develop sales and market share. • You negotiate the prices and conditions of contracts in your territory (sale, rental).
• For each new situation, you support/monitor a senior Account Executive.
• You develop and maintain relationships with opinion leaders.
• You are present at sales meetings and you give your opinion from an innovative perspective.
• You participate in team meetings and activity reports on sales developments at regional levels.
To move forward with your actions, you communicate with the division's sales team, marketing teams, technical service and customer service.
This mission may require travel to the assigned set of accounts.
Subsequently, an evolution will be considered (yet not determined). You will need to measure your capacity and your determination/motivation to evolve.
What we are looking for/Your profile:
. Coming from training (Bac+2 to +5) with a specialty in commerce, you ideally have a first approach to sales (internship, work-study, personal experiences).
. You know how to adapt to the needs of your customers (availability, responsiveness, handling of objections).
. Curious and creative, you know how to make your interlocutors buy into your proposals and your products.
. Your pugnacity and enthusiasm will be your strengths to succeed in this constantly evolving position. Fluency in English is required.
. You are persistent and proactive
. Relational and writing skills required.
.A clear and fluid expression. Active listening. Analytical mind.
