As a Sr Product Support Engineer, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You'll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You're technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.

Responsibilities:
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 10 or more years of related experience
Progressive hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
Communication and customer interface skills
Comprehensive understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
Full understanding of Army military operations
Stateside/International travel is required up to 50% annually (Training, Exercise, and Integration support to end users)
Expect OCONUS deployment to austere locations (hostile/ incentive pay in accordance with DoS rates) in intervals of 50 days deployed (work continues as normal when stateside).
An active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
