We are the one company that combines the deep expertise of a global workforce of revenue cycle professionals with the industry’s most advanced technology platform, encompassing sophisticated analytics, AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.

As our Data Science Product Manager, you will help to develop AI/ML solutions for new and existing products within one of our value streams. Every day you will work with stakeholders for the products within the value stream and help manage the roadmap. You will also perform research and analytics, working with your engineering counterpart to build products. To thrive in this role you must have strong product, leadership, and stakeholder abilities.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Data Science Product Manager:

  • Product Management: Develop science solutions within our product offerings in healthcare revenue cycle. Utilize research, stakeholder insights, and business expertise to perform prompt engineering, review model architecture, and guide data scientists in feature engineering.

  • Project Management: Prepare high quality plans and roadmaps that synthesize data science vision and progress. Groom, prioritize and juggle multiple data science projects.

  • Innovative Analytics and Product Insights: Create informative visualizations that intuitively display large amounts of data and/or complex relationships for internal stakeholders. Independently research business challenges and model results using SQL, Python or other tools. Research model results and features to hone performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering. Distill complex data concepts into simple language and business concepts.

  • Leadership: Collaborate fluidly with engineering counterparts and business stakeholders; lead brainstorms and strategy sessions to understand business challenges and root causes. Present to stakeholders and management and drive project alignment.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields that include strong coverage of applied mathematics and statistics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of healthcare or business experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with data, data analytics, or data science
  • Experience taking complex business problems and coming up with clear strategies, solutions, and roadmaps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills and proven ability to run effective meetings with interactions at all levels of an organization.
