Your role on our team
- You will design and create the CI/CD pipeline for our new microservices-based supply-chain product
- You will serve as the guardian for the DevOps architecture, assisting more junior developers in implementing DevOps pipelines while adhering to set standards
- You will work with our development teams to build an understanding of DevOps principles
- You have a mastery of the technical skills needed to implement DevOps in all areas of the team’s product(s)
- You will proactively seek assistance as required to complete work in a reasonable amount of time
- You will actively participate in the Agile process, such as daily huddles, estimating, code reviews, and retrospectives
- You will proactively work on your education to stay up to date on new technologies and DevOps best practices
Your profile
- You can demonstrate mastery in applying theories, principles, concepts, and methodologies to innovative DevOps solutions
- You have comprehensive experience building new CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps
- You have extensive experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- You are proficient in shell scripting to automate tasks
- You have a proven track record of building scalable, multi-tenant cloud environments automation scripting from scratch
- You have experience with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker, or equivalent technologies
- You have strong leadership experience
- You have a strong understanding of microservice architectures and technologies
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- You are someone who has a sense of pride, commitment, and personal accountability
- You behave in a manner to promote a strong team morale
- You consistently share information with team members to encourage a robust cross-functional team
- You proactively seek technology knowledge to further the advancement of technologies in the product
