Your role on our team
- You will participate in proposing the automation test strategy for our new microservices-based supply-chain product
- You will serve as the guardian for the automation process, assisting developers in implementing automation tests while adhering to set standards
- You will work with our development teams to build an understanding of automation principles
- You have a mastery of the technical skills needed to implement automation in all areas of the team’s product(s)
- You will proactively seek assistance as required to complete work in a reasonable amount of time
- You will actively participate in the Agile process, such as daily huddles, estimating, code reviews, and retrospectives
- You will proactively work on your education to stay up to date on new technologies and DevOps best practices
Your profile
- You can demonstrate mastery in applying theories, principles, concepts, and methodologies to innovative Automation solutions
- You have comprehensive experience building automation frameworks using testing tools like Postman
- You have comprehensive experience performing integration testing
- You have experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps
- You have experience with Microservices
- You have experience validating API responses using testing tools like Postman
- You have experience with automation frameworks like Playwright
- You have experience with Typescript and Javascript
- You have experience with other tools associated with Microservices like Swagger and Datadog
- You have experience with load testing tools like K6
- You have experience generating automation execution reports to track statuses
- You have strong leadership experience
- You have a strong understanding of microservice architectures and technologies
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills for writing automation test plans and strategy as well as communicating with other team members
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- You are someone who has a sense of pride, commitment, and personal accountability
- You behave in a manner to promote a strong team morale
- You consistently share information with team members to encourage a robust cross-functional team
- You proactively seek technology knowledge to further the advancement of technologies in the product
