Your role on our team

· Ensure a superior and continuously improving level of product and documentation quality

· Collaborate with software engineers and QA analysts to ensure documentation for all products is ready for a successful and on-schedule delivery

· Develop and continually improve reference manuals, diagrams, online content, release notes, API documentation, and more

· Manage the documentation set using version control

· Prepare all documentation for release

· Continually recommend process improvements and best practices

Your profile

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

· A Bachelor’s degree, a technical background, or at least 7 years of technical writing experience focused on enterprise software

· Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences

· Experience working with software engineers to document code samples, API references, and technical implementation guides

· Experience coordinating documentation requirements with geographically distributed product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance analysts

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, often under deadlines, and work independently

· Experience working remotely with proven productivity and independence

· Demonstrated understanding of information architecture concepts and how to apply the concepts to site maps, organization schemes, and structures

· Skilled at translating technical and functional information for appropriate audiences

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe RoboHelp

· Some familiarity and experience in C#, .Net Core, Markdown, JSON, and basic microservices patterns is preferred

· Proven technical acumen that includes:

o Understanding of the development process and fundamental programming concepts

o Ability to grasp advanced technical concepts at the solution-level as well as technical details

o Knowledge of markup languages such as HTML or XML

o Familiarity with multiple operating systems including Unix and Windows

· Knowledge of warehousing concepts and Körber Supply Chain products a plus

· Experience working with process flow diagrams to create written content a plus
