Senior Principal Support Analyst, CSO, TLM (Atlanta, GA)

Senior Principal Support Analyst, CSO, TLM positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Senior project manager responsible for overseeing the coordination of all aspects of new customer modifications and roll out, from inception to installation. Oversee schedules and budgets to ensure quality products and timely services. Oversee support of complex internal and external resources with software configuration and functionality, including interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams. Prioritize issues and projects. Manage resolution of complex code issues for projects focused on the delivery of new and enhanced products for customers. Manage technical training from more senior perspective.

Requires a four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or 7 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software. Also requires 7 years of experience: developing with C++ or Java (in lieu of the aforementioned experience, employer will accept 7 years of experience developing in both JavaScript and HTML); and working in Linux or UNIX operating systems. Requires 3 years of experience developing with Oracle or DB2 databases. Requires 1 year of experience: developing with Spring, JEE, JSP, or JSF frameworks; and utilizing WebSphere, Jboss, or WebLogic application servers. Up to 50% travel required. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
