Requirements Management Principal Engineer (P5)

The Engineering Enablement organization empowers ADI engineers by building and supporting the infrastructure, tools, and workflows required by ADI’s design community. We strive to provide an industry-leading product development ecosystem and user experience across a diverse range of technical domains.
ADI’s Engineering Enablement organization is looking for a highly motivated principal engineer who will set and drive the company-wide strategy for Requirements Management. We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise and the proven ability to create, roll-out, and support Requirements Management processes, tools, and workflows to ADI product development teams.
Set and drive the company-wide Requirements Management strategy for ADI
Manage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus across ADI on Requirement Management methodology and best practices
Design and deploy a best-in-class tool/integration ecosystem enabling ADI product teams to do true Requirements Management with end-to-end traceability
Develop documentation and provide training on Requirements Management and Systems Engineering best practices and tools
Provide expert support for engineers adopting and using Requirements Management methodologies
BS/BA in an engineering field
12+ years of relevant industry experience
Expert level knowledge of Systems Engineering and Requirements Management processes and best practices
Experience implementing Requirements Management in the context of industry safety standards and compliance (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and ISO 13485)
Hands on experience with Jama Connect application administration
Hands on experience integrating Jama Connect with other product development tools (e.g. Jira, Tasktop)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well across diverse organizations and geographies
Experience integrating Jama Connect traceability with verification and validation test results
Background knowledge of semiconductor design, verification, and validation
