What You'll do:

  • This role is a functional business analyst for clients’ SAP Solution and participates in various reviews and validation activities.

  • Conducts business requirements gathering and requirements analysis. 

  • Develops solution design, supports development and testing through implementation as well as the data conversion, cut-over activities, Go-Live and post Go-Live support.

  • Supports the corporate strategy to support future needs of the business.

  • Interacts with clients throughout the solution development life cycle.

  • This role has strong process expertise in at least one of the following:  Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), Manufacturing/Remanufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Plant Maintenance (PM), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Quality Management (QM), or Transportation Management (TM).

  • Design, configure and document SAP S/HANA Inventory Management application and functionality in support of business objectives. This includes full lifecycle deliverables from blueprinting to deployment.

  • Work with client and other team members to ensure components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the business requirements.

  • Collaborate with development team to define, estimate and document solution design of enhancements and alternative solution design options for business requirements.

  • Prepares and presents business cases for change initiatives.

  • Provides status to project and Groundswell management.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 7+ years of experience with SAP

  • Experience managing 5+ personnel

  • Experience with at least 3 SAP/ERP Implementations

  • Working knowledge of the SAP federal space and associated regulations

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance, or clearable

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP S/4HANA certification

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$129,854.00 - $182,559.00
