The Opportunity:
Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced and results driven B2B product marketer as we expand our marketing organization to support our continued growth and momentum in the revenue cycle management space.
This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in a matrixed environment to support solution awareness and adoption across internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a strong grasp of B2B marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client-facing teams and product management to develop positioning, messaging and value propositions for external and internal audiences.
Support the awareness and education of internal and external audiences of solution features and benefits along with the problems we solve for our target market(s).
Understand the technical aspects of our solutions, translating that knowledge into compelling, consumable and meaningful content based on the target audience.
Work closely with creative services to create marketing and sales content including case studies, blogs, ROI tools, solution presentations and collateral to support prospect engagement and customer acquisition programs across our solution portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new solutions.
Stay current on industry trends and competitors, supporting market analysis and assisting in establishing product/competitive differentiation.
Experience We Love:
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant, progressive experience
3-5 years experience in product marketing
2+ years experience in B2B product marketing for high consideration products or services
1+ years of healthcare technology or revenue cycle management knowledge preferred
Demonstrated experience with product launches, positioning and messaging development and delivering high value content to support internal and external audiences
Analytically inclined with the ability to interpret data to derive and communicate insights to various audiences
Strategic thinker and problem solver
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
Adept at building relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders, and thrive in matrix environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Pragmatic Marketing or equivalent certifications preferred
This is a remote position with eastern or central time zone locations preferred
