What You'll do:
Responsible for creating the technology road-maps and defining / technical plans.
Lead various Blueprint, Design sessions/Solution Reviews, Business & IT Stakeholder Communications.
Directs and motivates co-workers and works closely with others while multitasking and prioritizing resource requirements.
Support to leadership in attending business development goals /sales targets.
Manages business development initiatives as assigned, to include but not limited to: providing input to white papers, past performance write-ups, presentation development, data calls, and proposals.
Identifies add-on work with existing clients and collaborates with Practice Lead and/or business development personnel to capture new business.
Subject matter expert for client presentations and demonstrations.
Designs client process improvement road maps, identifying organizational constraints and tool configuration guidelines.
Provides input to senior management teams including business development, operations, and technical groups.
Who We are Looking For:
As the Senior SAP Solution Engineer will be responsible for the execution and adherence of software engineering standards, actively drive design and architecture deliverables within project constructs and have the ability to innovate and learn new skills as required in supporting a continually changing technical environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study.
15 years of SAP experience
US Citizenship required (must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance)
Experience of leading multiple, simultaneous teams across multiple clients
Full understanding of ABAP, XI, PI, NetWeaver, Data Management Tool Skills
Excellent client relationship skills
Strong analytical skills, effective written/verbal communication, ability to convey complex issues and ideas.
Supply Chain domain expert
Skilled in Project Management, Program Management, Business Process Improvement
Preferred Skills:
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Experience in high complexity problem solving and provide demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Foster speed to value by scoping minimally viable products.
Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal Agencies

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
