As the Senior Global Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury team in all aspects of the function taking responsibility for key areas of the process.  You will develop strong relationships across the wider company finance function including the Shared Service Centre, Financial plus Management Accounting and Tax.

You will have an understanding of Treasury processes and will work to identify potential improvements

to current activities.

How you will make a difference:  

• Daily Cash Ops

• Responsible for payment approvals 
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing daily cash
• Supporting Team Queries and Training
• Submitting Money Market Transactions
• Reconciling Money Market Funds
• Bank user access review

• Monthly Reporting

• Reconciling and keeping accurate loan agreements
• Month end reporting
• Bank Fee analysis
• Reviewing month end cash balance file
• Assist the Treasury Manager with Group cash forecast
• Assist in maintaining the Group daily bank balance information

• Project Work & Business Requirements

• Liaise with internal teams for bank requirements in new markets
• Implementing TMS
• Managing warranties, LOC, guarantees etc.
• Managing Bank Migration
• Manage bank mandates
• Documenting Process and Procedures
• Identifying and implement process improvements in all aspects of the function
• Ensuring good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for the business as required.

What will make you stand out:   

• 5+ years’ experience of working within the treasury function of a multinational business
• Experience and understanding of import files with banks, building, testing files
• Experience with banks, JPM, BNP, BMO, Santander is very desirable
• Treasury Management Experience, ION Reval is desirable
• An effective planner and a focused problem solver
• Strong priority and time management skills
• Keeping management informed and knowledge sharing
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
