What you'll be doing:

• Prepare, analyze and provide reports and information to management to ensure productivity goals are in adherence to set standards (i.e. KPI’s, metrics, systems, procedures, workflow, etc.)
• Generate and distribute reports necessary to track, trend, and analyze all department KPI's, KRI’s, metrics, and measurements
• Maintain and manages spreadsheets and reports pertaining to all areas of risk and  performance, staffing, and other key operational success factors and metrics
• Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve policies
• Identify opportunities to automate reports and processes
• Identify tools to improve report delivery and analysis
• Provide actionable data to leaders and ERM staff as needed that allow for better risk decisions
• Anticipate reporting requirements and present additional metrics that are relevant to  meeting predefined goals

What we need from you:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with data
• 2+ yrs of professional experience with Sigma BI- MUST HAVE
• A high proficiency in MS Excel (Including but not limited to: pivot tables, logic functions (vlookup, if, and countif), date & time functions, charts & graphs, macros)
• Hands on experience with Snowflake
• Hands on experience with other RDBMS (ie: MSSql, Oracle, Postgres, etc.)
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Generate reports as required or requested on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
