On behalf of one of our clients, a leader in the moving and relocation industry in South East Europe, we are looking for Immigration and Relocation Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent liaison with the client on and off-site to ensure the process is operating smoothly, and the client undergoes a successful transition;
• Recognize any problems and form solutions efficiently with the relevant consultants and specialists who are a part of the relocation teams;
• Ultimately do everything to ensure that the relocation transition is smooth and problem-free;
• Identify any problems and find solutions to improve the process;
• Offer any additional service options to clients and negotiate terms of agreement during the relocation process;
• Operate as a subject matter expert and provide strategic solutions, working with outside counsel for more complex cases;
• Perform regular case reporting, expense forecasting, and invoice processing;
• Continuously evaluate current immigration processes, suggesting changes where needed to improve operational objectives;
• Providing status updates to employees via email, telephone and in-person, providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy;
• Responsible for providing immigration program services to Matrix Relocations corporate clients
• Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, EU Blue cards and other documentation required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Law, PR, Tourism, or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of experience in immigration, relocation, law, real estate, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a big plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
