  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading a ZTD team of technology, data and integration solution experts who establish, maintain, operate, and advance required state-of-the-art technologies across the Zoetis Business Value Chain
• Driving technology vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, partner performance management for strategic software vendors, hosting partners and Managed Services providers
• Owning technology platform viability across ERP, Integrations and SaaS solutions, through direction setting, technology innovation, life cycle management and operational excellence
• Innovating platform-related infrastructure capabilities, from capacity planning to architecture design, operating frameworks, deployment strategies, performance monitoring and optimization
• Spearheading initiatives for technical landscape risk mitigation, technical debt reduction, high resiliency, continuous improvement delivered via technology hosting and managed services partners.
• Managing highly complex global projects for technology introductions, cloud migrations, platform upgrades, platform viability beyond of end-of-life, focused on minimal business disruption, low risk.
• Leading operational innovation, enablement, resiliency through intelligent automation, standardization, vulnerability/security risk mitigation with CISO Office and Finance Controllers
• Owning technology disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks, including table-top/dry run exercises, performance, stress/load and regression testing, high-availability, and failover solutions

  Education:

Bachelor's degree required, with optional advanced degree (e.g., Master's), preferably in Management Information Systems, IT Infrastructure or Business

  Experience:

Minimum of 12 – 15+ years of experiences and following expertise:

• Domain Expertise in Technology Operations, Data Management and Systems Integration

• SAP BASIS Administration, System Performance Management, Application Development
• SAP HANA Cloud Platform Integration (HCI) and SAP Process Orchestration
• Domain Expertise in Technology Platforms – ERP; BTP, IBP, MuleSoft
• Hosting – On-Premises; Private, Public-Private Cloud
• SaaS / PaaS / IaaS; UNIX/Windows; Oracle, SQL, MaxDB ; Intelligent Automation / RPA
• Domain Expertise in Data Integration, Exchange, Security and Operations
• Business Objects and Data Services; Connections Configuration; Performance Tuning
• Middleware, Data Integration/Exchange, EDI, Batch Scheduling

  Hands-on Experiences:

• Information Technology Operating and Staffing Models; Shift-Left Approaches
• Hosting and Managed Services Partner Performance Management, Contract Negotiations
• Technology Innovation and Lifecycle Management, Stabilization/Optimization/Simplification
• Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning; Crisis Prevention/Management/Resolution
• Business Understanding in Supply Continuity
