We are looking for
a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our team in building the
e-commerce sales analytical platform for our customers BaseLinker Analytics. Your daily bread will be growing the features of BaseLinker Analytics (
product design and development using SQL and Microsoft PowerBI) and supporting our customers in the tool's adoption (gathering feedback, and resolving issues). You will work closely with the
product owner, acting as their right-hand person to drive the platform's development forward.
We seek
curious "doers" who are passionate about data analyses and feel the best in the role combining analytical skills, business understanding, and the technical background.
You should apply if you are experienced in data analytics and visualization (using
Microsoft PowerBI), have good analytical and technical skills (
SQL proficiency is essential), have a business mind, and have the ability to think critically.
Zakres zadań
- Participate in the full lifecycle of BaseLinker Analytics platform development, from product design to end-user support
- Customer adoption of the platform, from gathering feedback to operational support for the customers
- Platform development on the front-end side using Microsoft PowerBI
- Collaborate closely with product owner and data engineers to effectively translate business requirements into technical requisites
- Data logic and consistency checks using SQL
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions using AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, Microsoft PowerBI, Git
- Develop data models and build interactive dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI
- Perform both ad-hoc data analysis and automated reports
Oczekiwania
- 2+ years working experience in Business Intelligence
- Proven track record of using SQL to manipulate and extract data
- Expertise with business intelligence/data visualization tools - ideally with Microsoft PowerBI
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Openness to work closely with the customers
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing priorities within a very dynamic startup environment
- Effective and flexible communication skills, including the ability to translate technical detail into business and commercial objectives, and vice versa
- A direct communication style - you’re not afraid to challenge others and speak your mind
