Who You Are

Our Ideal Team Member:

Has real-world experience creating social content and managing social media for family/parent consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

Understands the realities of parenting, from late-night feedings to juggling childcare with a career.

Keeps up with historical, current, and future trends in digital content and social media.

Possesses strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, and stays informed about parenting hacks, pop culture, and trends.

Embraces a test-and-learn mentality, actively participates in brainstorming sessions, and is not afraid to offer new ideas.

Is a creative and witty writer with a strategic mindset, passionate about increasing brand awareness through organic social media.

What You'll Do

Job Description:

Develop, curate, and create engaging written, video, and photo content for social media platforms targeting family and parenting brands.

Lead day-to-day community management, including publishing and engaging with all assigned client social media accounts.

Assist in developing and managing a results-driven social media strategy focused on building audience engagement and brand equity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an organic editorial calendar that drives brand awareness and builds community through meaningful engagement.

Test and learn different messaging, tactics, and strategies while staying updated on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and industry approaches.

Publish monthly reports detailing social analytics across all assigned client channels, including recommendations for improvement and action plans.

Serve as the day-to-day client point of contact.

Core Skills/Qualifications

Proficient in all social media platforms and familiar with social media management tools like Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Later, or similar.

Skilled in Canva or equivalent video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.

Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
