Job Overview:
Our client is searching for a Remote Resident Services Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity in real estate and property management for an enthusiastic team player who has a positive outlook. This position is ideal for a candidate with multifamily property management experience and who can work independently. Full training and support will be provided.

You are a professional with great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. You love a collaborative team environment but can work without direct supervision. No task is too big or too small for you and you approach projects with an eye for problem solving and process management. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a requirement in dealing with resident, owner, and company information.
You have basic office skills (typing, email) and software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel) and are excited to learn new software and systems unique to a real estate business. Creating basic documents is something you are comfortable with. You might have experience in Appfolio or Yardi and love staying on top of new software and utilizing it to reach your goals.
You have dependable internet with a computer that can be used for work. You are able to make and receive calls utilizing a VOIP line and headset or earpiece in a quiet space.
Responsibilities:
Current Resident Coordination - Answering and handling resident calls, handling basic resident requests, updating and maintaining digital resident files, making friendly proactive resident service calls, making calls to collect delinquent rent, maintaining property calendars and communication, coordinate move-in/move-out activities, participating in resident retention efforts, responding to daily requests from onsite property managers, daily and weekly virtual meetings with supervisor, participating in ongoing training and development to increase your success and career goals.
Maintenance Coordination - Collaborating with experienced team members to enter and track service requests and appointments, organizing and documenting property specific information, scheduling and coordinating appointments and suppliers, assisting Quality Control with preventative maintenance schedules and goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Previous experience working in property management for a US based business
- High energy & outgoing personality
- Excellent English level both written and spoken
- Bookkeeping experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Self-starter
- Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to zero background noise
- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results
- You must be reliable and show up on time.

Schedule:
This position works a 40-hour weekly schedule alternating Tuesday-Saturday/Monday-Friday with two Saturdays a month off and schedule flexibility for daily hours between 8am
