We are currently looking for a Junior Service Delivery Manager with German


Key Information About The Role

  • Shift work 6am – 6pm (mornings and evenings)
  • On-call duty 24/7 and planned weekend work
  • Remote work


Your Responsibilities

  • Solid leading person that can take over the customer facing position and collaborate with the team to set the priorities/requirements straight.
  • Operational control and planning
  • Application & services support
  • Installation, upgrades and changes
  • Support for authorized users
  • Database administration and development support
  • Application maintenance (preventive maintenance, software change management, software release management)
  • Operational control and planning
  • Availability Management
  • IT Service Continuity Management


Our Requirements

  • German (C1)
  • English (B2) (mandatory)
  • ITIL certificate
  • Mainframe experience (at least basics)
  • ITIL experience
  • Experience with tiketing tools
  • Jira / ITSM / Confluence knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • knowledge of SQL (for QMF)
  • Cobol familiarity
