Your missions

We're looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our federal government client.

This remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people together.

In This Role, You'll

Be the glue that holds our events together, managing everything from venue selection and invitations to signage and attendance tracking.

Dive deep into event details, researching requirements and ensuring the client is prepared to engage with diverse audiences.

Become an expert in handling outreach materials, keeping track of inventory and collaborating with vendors.

Channel your creativity to design engaging exhibits and experiences, selecting the perfect tools and technology for each event.

Seamlessly adapt your skills to virtual and hybrid environments, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Ensure compliance with important federal regulations, keeping everything running smoothly.

Travel occasionally (up to 20%) to attend events in person.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 2+ years of event planning experience, with a strong understanding of virtual and hybrid events.

Holds a bachelor's degree and possesses excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Can interact professionally and tactfully with a variety of stakeholders.

Is a whiz with Microsoft 365 and event technology platforms.
