Key responsabilities:
- Advise on HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws
- Investigate team member complaints, provide coaching for positive work environment
- Respond to HR inquiries, assist with COVID-19 tracking/compliance tasks
- Implement HR initiatives, collaborate with leadership team
- Provide support within assigned divisions/regions
