We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of new Technologies, business capabilities and solutions across various business process areas focusing on Cybersecurity use cases. The role, will be responsible for Demand Management Execution, manage vendors for delivery of solutions in the respective areas, ensure successful service activation for delivery solutions and manage vendors to ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment for the solutions in the respective areas.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the key stakeholders towards successful epics, features and project delivery

• Ensures that customers’ needs are understood, expectations are managed, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved or exceeded

• Demonstrates active learning with ownership and consistently applied technical/functional competence

• Works proactively with internal customers and maintain relationships with stakeholders

• Achieves sustainable results with vendors: planning, contracting, deliverable monitoring, multiple vendor integration, smooth transition to support

• Shares/transfers knowledge/information/expertise across the team and 3rd party vendors to ensure team members and counterparts are strong experts with sufficient knowledge and understanding on the specific CCH Business Processes and solutions

• Identifies and manages dependencies between the Cybersecurity and other ARTs for the delivery of agile tasks (Epics, Features, User Stories)

• Proactively works with selected teams (Enabling Technology, etc) smoothen the delivery process

• Acts as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in the Cybersecurity. Manages successfully the delivery of New Cybersecurity Initiatives and Roll Outs, through effective collaboration with Vendors:

o Preparation & Planning – Budget, Resources, Scope, Risks, Timing

o Execution – Daily tasks, Cost, Customer expectations, Communication & Reporting

o Manage multiple epics and projects in parallel

• Collaborates with the Product Managers, other central and Country teams on Demand Management.

• Vendor Management for delivery services in the Cybersecurity

o Vendor Management, incl. Selection, Negotiations

o Proactive work with Vendors to assure meeting business objectives and expectation

o Plans, prepares and manages operational service review meetings, escalations, propose improvements and follow up on their implementation status

• Identifies risks (time risks, resource risks, interdependencies, etc.) and manages the risk mitigation actions in the area of responsibility

• Ensures compliance with Internal Control Framework (ICF) and internal policies


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• University Degree in a relevant area

• Min 5 years of relevant work experience

• Strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with Cybersecurity projects

• Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration

• Qualifications and certifications in the area of Project Management, Agile and Scrum, SAFe

• FMCG business process awareness

• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• English proficiency
