Job Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive sales effectiveness training. Delivers training on customer engagement and solutions delivery for internal go to market users across the Syneos Enterprise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designs, delivers, and maintains sales effectiveness training related to the array of Syneos Health Solutions offerings and aligned to corporate strategy and solution priority.
  • Performs detailed needs analyses to identify training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments.
  • Designs and delivers content aligned to an optimal learning medium including virtual or in-person live instructor led delivery, job aids, workshops, and the creation of virtual learning pathways.
  • Designs and deploys full sales enablement courses on Summit Learning platform (MOOC Social Learning), including mechanisms for gathering impact metrics.
  • In partnership with GCCM, designs and delivers sales enablement content related to outreach tools and materials.
  • Ensures that the training produced and delivered is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of Go To Market audiences (BD, GCS, TSI, DPD, Proposals Teams, Leadership, etc.)
  • Delivers learning initiatives in often ambiguous and dynamic workplace settings, being highly collaborative and resourceful Liaison with the GCCM, Business Insights, Business Technology and Corporate Learning and Development Teams, among others. Perform detailed needs analyses to identify training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years of experience in a Sales Enablement/Marketing function, with at least 1 year of CRO/CCO experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in development and delivery of learning and development solutions in a CRO/CCO environment Understanding of Challenger sales methodology.
  • Ability to identify gaps in business processes and training and develop training to meet the business needs.
  • Ability to participate in/lead cross-functional teams to perform detailed needs analyses to identify training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with existing external technology partners to create structured learning objectives, create original content, and build assessments.
  • The ability to articulate the approach to the training they create, as well as explain the specific advantages of using different types of media as part of the training.
  • The ability to deliver training in a broad range of mediums including virtual and in-person instructor-led training, e-Learning, job aids, and/or train the trainer workshops.
  • Ability to create learning experiences in social learning platforms (i.e. – MOOCs)
  • Excellent working knowledge of adult learning theories, learning design and delivery and capability development, and experience applying these in a technical business setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global organization, across countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • Lifelong learner who assimilates new information quickly and can use their design and communication abilities to quickly untangle complex concepts and build a learner's skills preferred.
  • Ability to identify, vet and help select external training and technology partners a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,300 to $145,700. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
