We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Prevailing Wage Compliance Manager to join our GovCon Advisory team.

This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Leading engagement teams on consulting engagements / wage monitoring engagements
  • Reviewing contract agreements for IRA PWA compliance related items, developing a review process for client/contractor wage compliance programs
  • Conducting interviews of relevant personnel and performing detailed testing of documentation provided by client/contractor for compliance with IRA PWA regulations
  • Preparing recommendations/enhancements to programs
  • Drafting client reports and assisting in development of training materials.
  • Serving as an LCPtracker administrator (training required)
  • Assisting client contractors in onboarding process including:
  • Working with Data & Technology team on PowerBI reports, normalizing data and perform analytics
  • Update weekly/biweekly progress reports
  • Drafting monthly/quarterly reports of findings and remediation as needed
  • Performing IRS PWA research as needed
  • Assisting in creation/maintenance of training materials
  • Sales - participating in lead generation and initial client inquiries, researching potential clients and preparing summaries for sales team
  • Participating in sales calls / presentations with clients and the proposal process. Assisting in management of pipeline, preparation of financial model, prospective client follow-up, and managing staffing plans/models

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • BS/BA or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with prevailing wage compliance or construction audit/construction compliance
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
