As part of our Naval Combat Systems group, the CMS Variant Project Managers will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the Combat Management System (CMS) under the Enterprise Partnering Arrangement (EPA) for a specific Ship class or site (known as Variants) ready for installation.
The Variant PM role provides leadership of the project involving multiple stakeholders. This includes the day-to-day management of the assigned team, interaction with other groups within Saab and the end customer. The Variant Project Manager is responsible for the outcome of the delivery, including cost, schedule, scope, quality, customer satisfaction.
This role liaises closely with the CMS Family PM who is responsible for delivering the reusable CMS components that comprise a CMS, and the CMS Engineering Manager for the Variant, who is responsible for the engineering program of work.

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level or have the ability to gain one.
