Alchemy is seeking Workday Integration Senior Analysts for its NEW emerging talent program, Aspire, that launches this September.
This program is targeting individuals who are approximately 1-3 years out of college and looking to break into an exciting career in Workday consulting.
In this one-year program, Alchemy consulting professionals will guide you through the highly sought-after Workday Integration certification, extensive training and shadowing opportunities, and several key milestones on your way to becoming a billable Workday Integration Consultant.
As a Workday Integration Senior Analyst, you will learn the ins and outs of Workday integrations, consulting and implementation fundamentals, Alchemy’s methodology for higher education deployments, and much more. Are you ready to get started?
Your responsibilities
- Successfully complete Workday prep and certification training, and become an expert in Workday integrations
- Learn how to build integrations for Workday Financials, Human Capital Management, and the Student product suite
- Shadow integration teammates to develop an understanding of the following: how to gather customer business requirements, design and build Workday integration systems, demonstrate integrations through the deployment process, support customers in testing integration solutions, and complete knowledge transfers to the customer
- Take on the role of Integration support and partner closely with the Integration lead to move the implementation forward
- Learn how to collaborate effectively on internal and external projects
- Work directly with Project Managers to provide status reports and keep them apprised of the overall project status
- Learn how to guide the customer through Alchemy and Workday best practices
- Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
About you (Required skills)
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
- 1-3 years of coding experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, Python, PHP, C++, or Java
- Knowledgeable of object-oriented programming concepts
- Ability to transform data sets and format them for various outputs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical jargon for less technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 25%
About you (Bonus skills)
- End-user or implementation experience with the Workday product suite
- Experience working in a higher education setting
- Consulting experience (i.e. building rapport with customers, taking appropriate notes and asking follow-up questions, planning and preparing for meetings, navigating difficult conversations, etc.)

Pay Transparency Statement
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Alchemy variable bonus plan based on role-specific commission/bonus. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 USD.
