About the Operations ReRepresentativeposition:

At First Student, our Operations Representatives are a constant reflection of our company’s commitment to safety and customer service. The Operations Representatives is responsible for providing operational oversight, day-to-day management, and directly supervising staff and financial performance.

Leading from the front! Our most successful Operations Representatives often possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can achieve positive results by influencing and motivating the location's employees. 

As the Operations Representatives, you will be able to understand, organize, and interpret location financial data as well as maintain a client-centered mindset.

This is a hybrid/remote role. Must be located in the DMV area

$65,000+ annual salary!

Operations Representatives Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in being held to a variety of performance metrics. 
  • Business background in financial, strategic, and operational analysis.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
