The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in our Customer Support Operations Team supporting business leaders and project managers. We are looking for someone with the following traits:

The role will help develop and manage SFDC dashboards, Tableau automation, tracking pipeline metrics, and assist with Territory planning and driving strategic initiatives. 

 

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

 

  • Document business requirements for IT staff 

  • Experience using Power BI tool

  • Propose effective approaches to solve business and technical requirements/problems 

  • Review business operations, identifyopportunities for improvement , and collaborate with others to complete .

  • Collaborate with leaders and decision-makers to design and implement solutions. 

  • Offer recommendations throughout this process and propose corrective solutions to help the company better align with its organizational goals.  

  • Support teams throughout this process and may oversee, UAT, change management, and offer consultation on the adoption and integration of their solutions. 

  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs 

  • Develops expertise in the business, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities 

  • Analyzes business operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions 

  • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology 

  • Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications\Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business 

 

 

  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, MIS, computer science, or a related field 

  • Communication – the ability to deliver information proactively, concisely, directly, and clearly to all related parties 

  • Problem Solving – ability to use a critical mindset and a creative approach to design innovative and effective solutions to new and existing problems  

  • Collaboration – working effectively and productively with others  

  • Report building and insight gathering – Ability to collect, interpret, and present information in ways that are easy to read and understand 

  • 5+years of professional experience 

  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.com  

  • Engineering mindset; strong technical background  

  • Experience in a SaaS-oriented, high-tech, or operations organization 

  • Excellent communication skills, strong time management and personal management skills 

  • Strong user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 

  • Has experience in using PowerBI tool

 

Nice-To-Have: 

  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS organization
