Key responsabilities:
- Lead mechanical projects for food & beverage production facilities
- Interpret & develop process PIDs, engineering data sheets, bid evaluations, SOW documents
- Perform detailed analysis & calculations for mechanical systems
- Review vendor submittals & create basic equipment drawings using AutoCAD
- Act as a department resource for material handling equipment
