Our client, an international leading blockchain company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Community Manager to join their team.
This role will be responsible for building and fostering a strong online community around our blockchain project.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord etc.)
Create engaging content (articles, social media posts, AMAs) to educate and inform the community about blockchain technology and our client’s project
Proactively manage online communities, address user inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and productive environment
Identify and partner with KOLs in the Singapore blockchain space
Collaborate with the marketing team on community-driven initiatives and events
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the blockchain and crypto space
Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
Ability to create engaging and informative content
A passion for blockchain technology and a strong desire to learn more
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience with community management tools (Discord bots, etc.)
Experience in graphic design or video editing
Proficient in Mandarin is a plus point
