Job Description

Incremental Enterprise Apps is a Centre of Excellence leveraging our credibility and reputation across the Dynamics & Power Platform eco system.

Your Role 

The purpose of the Enterprise Architect is to provide technical leadership and strategic thinking across the practice, with overall responsibility for the technical quality of the Practice, across pre-sales and delivery engagements. The Enterprise Architect will also act as a mentor and leader to the practice delivery team and will be responsible for the quality of technical design. 

This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and client engagement skills to deliver high-value solutions that drive digital transformation and business success for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the Business Applications Office of the CTO to achieve the overall objectives of the company by driving high standards of work and continuous improvement in process and quality of delivery.
  • Working as part of the Practice leadership team and in alignment with the Practice Director and Head of Sectors to ensure delivery quality.
  • Provide technical leadership across all projects inside the Practice, including the management of technical direction and strategy.
  • Responsible for the adherence to the Governance processes to ensure quality, control and application of best practice.
  • Ensure that the proposed architecture adheres to industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design cohesion and assurance across all Practice projects.
  • Drive automation standards within clients.
  • Lead and mentor the Practice delivery resources throughout the lifecycle of client projects.
  • Provide thought leadership to prospective customers during the sales cycle.
  • Work with the Presales function to ensure appropriate technical assurance throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of understanding and managing technical innovation solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Power Platform to achieve transformational outcomes.
  • Customer focused thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing a technical strategy or roadmap for clients and achieving buy in from both external stakeholders and peers.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to mentor a multi disciplined team.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the Dynamics 365 F&SCM and the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable experience and approach to thought leadership.
  • Demonstrable experience working with commercial teams during sales process.
  • Working with Head of Sectors to estimate a programme of work.
  • Demonstrable experience of key stakeholder management, inspiring confidence and building trust.
  • Practical experience as an Enterprise Architect
  • Desirable skill - Industry Knowledge in one of the following: Financial Services, Retail & Manufacturing, Public Sector or Professional Services.
