Your missions

Overview:

As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Java programming and related technologies will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
Contribute in all phases of development, from analysis to deployment
Write well-designed, efficient code
Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
Mentor and guide junior developers

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role
Proficient in Java programming
Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
Certifications in Java or related technologies is a plus
