Licensed Clinical Psychologist

We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.

In this role you, you will:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
• Manage a caseload of 8-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional):  24 sessions for Full Time are required 
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

• Compensation - Fully Licensed: $60-$70/per hour commensurate to years of experience. 
• Compensation - Post Doctoral Candidates: $50-$60/per hour commensurate to years of experience.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Ilinois, licensed PhD/PsyD - or Post Doctoral candidate. 
• Psychological Testing& Assessment experience preferred but not required.  
• Masters in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills 
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow/ organizational skills.

Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:

• Individual & Family-focused therapy
• CBT | DBT | ACT
• EMDR 
• Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
• CADC
• Marriage and Family Therapy
• IOP/PHP programs 
• Group Therapy
