About the Position:

The Treasury Analyst will report to the Assistant Treasurer.  Responsibilities include daily cash management across various banking platforms as well as assisting with compliance and insurance efforts.  The role will interact with Company employees throughout all levels, including senior leadership.

What you do daily:

  • Assist in managing daily cash position and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs
  • Execute cash management operations including wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash pooling
  • Monitor bank account balances and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Support in forecasting cash flows and preparing short-term and long-term cash projections
  • Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize cash management processes and reduce costs
  • Assist in managing relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of treasury transactions
  • Assist in maintaining and updating treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on strategic projects tied to capital markets, including debt issuances, refinancing, and evaluating financing alternatives
  • Assist in conducting financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions and strategic investments
  • Support in developing financial models and business cases to assess the financial impact of proposed strategic initiatives
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders regarding treasury and strategic initiatives
  • Support in preparing insurance renewal submissions and analyzing insurance policies for coverage adequacy

What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in treasury operations or related finance role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of treasury management systems and banking platforms preferred.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. This position will also be eligible for an annual bonus.

Salary Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
