What you’ll do 
  • Design, optimize, and manage our Salesforce environment & supporting tech Stack ( Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools) 
  • Own complex system configurations, data management, and security settings – building our CRM to be a reliable source of truth for GTM data.
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and executing on a roadmap for the evolution of our CRM and tech stack, based on cross-functional and executive input as well as your own assessment of our system needs.
  • Participate in the evaluation, scope and implementation of new systems and integrations.
  • Implement automation for complex business processes. 
  • Serve as primary configurator, handling all roadmap items regarding declarative automation, lightning components, APEX implementation, etc.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics and track progress against goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. finance) to identify areas for process improvement and lead projects to implement solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for using Salesforce to support our business processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and make recommendations for adoption.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, training materials, and system diagrams

Your skill-set: 
  • 5-7 years of total professional experience in systems administration or equivalent experience required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning. Specifically the following:
    • Experience with Lightning Component Configuration and Page Layout Design: Proficient in configuring Lightning components and designing page layouts for optimal user experience.
    • Automation with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder: Extensive experience automating complex business processes using Flow and Process Builder.
    • Org-Wide Sharing Settings and Permission Management: Expertise in managing sharing settings and permissions for data security and compliance.
    • Data Management: Import/Export/Cleansing: Skilled in data import/export and cleansing for data integrity maintenance.
    • Report and Dashboard Creation: Proven ability to create insightful reports and dashboards for decision-making.
    • Salesforce Analytics Configuration: Advanced knowledge of configuring Salesforce Analytics for data visualization.
  • User Training and Adoption: Strong track record in providing comprehensive user training to drive Salesforce adoption.
  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot or a similar Marketing automation tool with a passion for marketing automation best practices
  • Experience with other tools in our tech stack such as Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools

As Pindrop continues to scale the revenue operations team will also have to scale to keep up with the demands of the growing sales team. This growth will open up multiple opportunities including taking on additional responsibilities, learning newer technologies, potentially managing other resources or even taking the operational expertise to drive excellence in a different group.

Within 30 days you’ll

  • Understand PIndrop’s Sales process including lead generation, opportunity management, deal closure
  • Familiarize themselves with the current salesforce configuration & all associated sales tool integrations 
  • Connect 1:1  with some key stakeholders in rev ops, sales management, GTM team to understand pain points and build rapport
  • Data Quality Assessment
  • Complete onboarding and attend New Employee Orientation sessions with other new Pindroppers

Within 60 days you’ll

  • Shadow sales reps to get a better understanding of their day to day usage of salesforce to identify areas for automation
  • Understand current data management and begin thinking through a plan to improve data quality and ongoing data hygiene practices
  • Study current KPI’s and dig into current reporting and analytics capabilities

Within 90 days you’ll

  • Teach us something new
  • Identify areas of improvement and quick wins
  • Spend time documenting existing processes, automation and workflows to use as a baseline for areas of process improvements
  • Identify where we can leverage salesforce automation - process builder, flow builder to automate tasks and remove administrative burden from sellers
  • Explore opportunities to optimize our processes across all systems integrated. Pardot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Demandbase, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Clari
