Job title: Executive Assistant
Salary range: 1000-1500 USD/month
Schedule: : (full-time)M-F 9AM-5PM Central European Time zone (if client is in the US, USA timezone to follow)

Responsibilities:
- Extensive Executive Support Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience providing comprehensive support to senior executives, including proactive management of calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
- Strong Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with the capacity to draft correspondence on behalf of the executive and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Task and Project Management:
Proven track record of efficiently managing tasks and projects for senior leadership, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
Experience in managing key operational processes such as expense management, reporting, and external partner relationships, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Multilingual Proficiency:
Proficiency in English at C1 level or above is essential. German language skills at a conversational level or above would be highly valued. Other European languages are also valued.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to senior executives.
- Executive Assistant Certification: Certification in executive assistance or administrative management is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Strong Communication skills both written and oral.
