Requirements

What you’ll do
  • Client and Contract Management: You will handle everything from front-end client intake to managing VIP clients and overseeing contract to proposal issuance. This includes scheduling and coordinating client meetings and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Financial and Administrative Oversight: Manage invoicing, bookkeeping, and daily financial entries. Your role also involves regular backoffice cleanup and maintaining meticulous records to support financial accuracy.
  • Communication and Strategic Support: Maintain diligent oversight of all client communications, ensuring no detail is overlooked. You'll assist the Operations Manager and leadership by identifying operational gaps, resolving issues, and updating task lists to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Innovative Engagement: Utilize tools like Chat GPT to craft effective communications and support creative content initiatives, enhancing our brand's engagement and outreach efforts.
