In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performance Tuning in React: Optimize React applications for speed and efficiency. Focus on minimizing render times, optimizing component loading, and ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.
• Agile Development and Lifecycle Engagement: Actively participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, utilizing agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing requirements with agility.
• Innovation and Trend Vigilance: Stay at the forefront of front-end development trends, particularly within the React ecosystem. Incorporate cutting-edge tools, libraries, and frameworks to keep the product innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a React developer working with a medium/large product.
• Extensive experienced with React, Flux, SASS, Redux and the core principles surrounding these.
• An amazing eye for design and eagerness to leave you mark on a growing product.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies is a plus (PHP/Laravel) is a plus.
