Spanish Bilingual Care Coordinator

Location: Remote

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and caregivers? We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Care Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial role in connecting caregivers with patients, scheduling shifts, and providing exceptional support telephonically.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bilingual Communication: Serve as a bridge between caregivers, patients, and our organization, ensuring seamless communication in both English and Spanish.
  2. Scheduling: Efficiently schedule day and night shifts for caregivers based on patient needs and availability.
  3. Caregiver Support: Provide guidance and assistance to caregivers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries.
  4. Patient Assistance: Assist patients with any inquiries they may have and ensure their needs are communicated to the caregivers.
  5. Remote Coordination: Perform all job functions remotely, utilizing communication tools and software to coordinate schedules and answer calls promptly.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of caregiver schedules, patient information, and call logs.
  7. Problem Solving: Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, finding creative solutions to ensure patient care is not compromised.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-discipline and time management.
  • Prior experience in healthcare coordination or a related field is a plus but not required.

Working Hours:

This position may require flexibility to accommodate day and night shifts, as well as weekends, to ensure 24/7 caregiver and patient support.
