We are looking for a Technical support / Customer service to work with an important Texas company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of technical support experience
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus
