We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager - Remote to work with an important Texas company.

Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

2.Marketing:

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and online content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.

3.Sales Management:

  • Lead the international sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop pricing strategies and sales promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Implement CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations and product development teams to ensure product availability and quality.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
  • Liaise with the finance team to manage budgets and financial planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
