Genesis10 is currently seeking an eComm Review Analyst for a contract lasting through May 2025working with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. This position will be 100% remote.
The main responsibility of the eComm Analyst position involves reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience--experience in the compliance field is a plus
- Individuals must be apt at reading for comprehension and be comfortable doing so in a high-volume environment while thinking critically, analyzing, and making decisions on email communications based on risk.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; must have a high level of attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional environment to meet daily individual and team volume and quality goals.
- Strong experience and knowledge of platforms such as Outlook and SharePoint with the ability to learn new software and programs.
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to read and write in Spanish fluently is also a plus.
