We are looking for an innovative, team-oriented and motivated People Operations Generalist to our team! We are seeking a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail, who possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The ideal candidate will excel in onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, HRIS and data management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

This role will support our HR Business Partners in making strategic people-related decisions and will be involved in every aspect of HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires interaction with Loadies at all levels of the organization. LOCATION: Anywhere in Latin America - Remote

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Maintain and update employee records within Loadsmart’s HRIS
  • Administer performance review processes; provide support in developing performance improvement plans and tracking Loadie progress
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Coordinate and conduct exit interviews, manage Loadsmart’s offboarding process, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
  • Execute and continuously improve Loadie engagement programs and strategies, creatively work towards building an environment that attracts and retains talent
  • Generate HRIS reports and provide insights to support HR and business initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for Loadies and managers, addressing HR-related queries and issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
  • Advanced English skills - will use it daily
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity, Lever or similar), including the ability to leverage (learn, if necessary) collaboration tools including Google Suite and Slack
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
